Role Overview

The Delivery Manager ensures AI solutions move from discovery to production smoothly, aligning stakeholders, managing scope, timeline, and risk, and ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes. You will coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, AI, security, and partners (including AWS) to keep delivery predictable and outcomes clear.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for AI, data, and cloud initiatives (PoC → pilot → production).
  • Translate business goals into delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, AI, security) and client stakeholders.
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, and change control; keep execution predictable.
  • Ensure production readiness (testing, security reviews, documentation, handover).
  • Drive adoption and operational rollout (training, enablement, support readiness).
  • Maintain clear status reporting and decision logs; unblock teams quickly.
  • Improve delivery processes continuously (templates, playbooks, retros).

    • What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering complex software, cloud, or data programs in enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Comfort coordinating technical teams and understanding system constraints (without needing to code).
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, phased rollouts, and PoC/pilot motions.
  • Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and ambiguity calmly.
  • High ownership, structured thinking, and bias for action.
  • Bonus: AWS delivery experience; AI/ML or data platform exposure.
